PIR Area Service Manager - Taiwan, Korea, Singapore and India

Job description of PIR Area Service Manager:

Description:

This position has responsibility of service performance at the representative sites (Taiwan, Korea, Singapore and India)
Hands-on assistance to assess and correct problems at the end user sites is needed.
Existing resources in the representatives, Japan and other facilities should be utilized to support end users. This interaction should lead to recommendations and strategies to form an efficient and effective service organization in Asia. The position reports to Asia Pacific Service manager in Japan.
 
Area of Responsibilities:

Representatives service management for PIR representatives (In Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, and India) directly or through direct reports including the following tasks:

1. Measure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with the performance and up time of company products.
2. Provide accurate annual and quarterly forecasting for service revenues in your territories and achieve these targets. Prepare an annual budget and financial plan.
3. Implement and control service pricing policies and minimize accounts receivables.
4. Control service parts inventories.
5. Directly intervene and, as necessary, work with other managers in the PIR, Japan and overseas when service staff is in need of support to resolve problem issues. Coordinate the application of Company resources to resolve 
6. Plan service training and service tools, implement it cooperating with other area managers and human resources to allow service to operate efficiently and with good moral and results.
7. Provide a long-term service strategy and business outlook, and implement business strategy to achieve the future goals.
8. Prepare reports as necessary or requested to apprise management of projects and developments in the market.
9.     Enforce commitment to ethical and normal business practices in conformity with standards in the ROA.
