Participating in a Global team, you will be given a wide view on the best practice in the market. Working within the dynamic team, your immediate task is to develop and extend workflow systems for performance, coverage and functionality.
Given the opportunity to create solutions/development for low touch trading (including client connectivity, low latency market access, smart order routing, algorithmic trading, workflow, analytics and internal crossing).
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Java/ J2EE, including multithreading, high performance, high concurrency programming technique
- Experience in large and complex distributed systems (preference global)
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and solve technical problems, you will be a crucial player in resolving mission critical issues
- Spring framework, Acegi
- Model Driven Architecture (MDA/DSL)
- C#/C++, SmallTalk, Eiffel or strong OO background in another will help
- Business knowledge in electronic trading or equities
- Team player and able to assist junior member in development
- Good communications to handle coordination and liaison with different stakeholders
